Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Screening call
If your resume is a good match, we’ll schedule a call to explain a bit about the interview process and the role. Questions will mainly focus on your background and experience. This interview can last 30 to 60 minutes depending on the role.
- Stage 2
Detailed interview
Once you’ve passed the phone screening, you’ll move on to video interview with the VP of Sales and the CEO. This interview should last about 60 minutes.
- Stage 3
In person: Group interview
You'll meet potential colleagues in Product and Marketing.
- Stage 4
In person: Tasks & meet the co-founders
In the task round, you’ll perform two tasks (one you will be able to prepare in advance), then meet the co-founders.
