Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Application
The first part of our hiring process is resume screening. Once we’ve received your application, a member of our team will review it. If you are a potential match, we’ll schedule a call to learn more about your skills and experience.
- Stage 2
Phone Screening
If your resume is a good match, we’ll schedule a call to explain a bit about the interview process and the role. Questions will mainly focus on your background and experience. This interview can last 30 to 60 minutes depending on the role.
- Stage 3
Technical Interview
Once you’ve passed the phone screening, you’ll move on to a face-to-face or Zoom interview with the Hiring Manager and a member of the Engineering team. In the first-round we will be assessing two things:
- Your fit for the selected role (role-specific fit)
- Process, teamwork, and culture fit (company fit)
This interview should last between 30-45 minutes.
- Stage 4
Leadership Interview
Candidates who pass the first interview will move on to group interviews. In this round you'll be interviewed by 2-3 people, this will include one or two members of the leadership team. They will be assessing the following:
- Your fit for the selected role (role-specific fit)
- Process, teamwork, and culture fit (company fit)
This should take around 60 minutes. If you pass this round, you'll be asked to perform an assignment related to your role. You'll do this task on your own time, and present your output at the following stage.
- Stage 5
Task & Team Interview
In the Task & Team round, you’ll meet prospective managers and team-members to discuss the team you’d be joining and the type of work you'll do. You'll have the opportunity to present your assignment (completed beforehand in your own time) to 3-4 people for comments and questions. This interview can last up to an hour and a half.
- Stage 6
Reference Check
Once an offer has been accepted, reference and qualification checks will be made. A job offer can be withdrawn if any of these are not satisfactory.
- Stage 7
Job Offer
Successful candidates will receive a formal job offer. Unsuccessful and shortlisted applicants will be added to our talent pool to be considered for other roles and job openings.
- Stage 8
Hired
If everything checks out you'll be given a contract and move on to onboarding!
